Solar Panels

Rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems — design coordination, installation, grid connection and commissioning.

Standards
VDE-AR-N 4105 · DIN EN 62446 · MSZ EN 62446

A photovoltaic array is a thirty-year electrical installation that happens to face the sun. Yield modelling gets the attention; what determines whether the system still performs in year fifteen is the DC side — string layout, cable management, connector discipline and the roof penetrations. We build the electrical installation first and let the commercial case follow from a system that actually holds up.

Solar Panels

Scope

  1. Rooftop PV — mounting system, roof penetration and weatherproofing coordination, module installation
  2. Ground-mount and carport structures — foundations, frames, array layout and access
  3. DC installation — string design, correctly rated cable, matched connectors, dedicated routing away from AC
  4. Inverters and AC side — inverter siting, AC distribution, protection and metering
  5. Grid connection and commissioning — network operator coordination, protection settings and performance verification

What you receive

  1. String layout drawings with module serial mapping
  2. Commissioning report to EN 62446 with I-V curve results
  3. Inverter configuration record and protection settings
  4. Grid connection documentation and network operator sign-off
  5. Monitoring access, handed over configured rather than in a box
